Drop Bottom Solution Heat Treatment Furnace + Moving Solution Tanks + Box Type Aging Furnace
Energy Type
Elektrik
Insulation
Ceramic fiber - Rockwool - Board combination
Control - Standard Features
The solution heat treatment furnace and the aging furnace feature automatic temperature control. They execute the desired program based on temperature profile data entered via the control unit.
The cooling bath features automatic temperature control. It operates within the desired temperature range by cooling or heating as necessary, utilizing internal cooling coils and heating elements.
At the facility, loading into the pit furnaces and the bath is performed using your existing overhead crane, while loading into the cabinet furnace is carried out using your existing forklift.
PID temperature control system. (electric heating systems)
Silent and long lasting SSR system. (electric heating systems)
Control - Optional Features
Touch screen control panel
PLC control system with touch screen panel
Temperature detection and monitoring from different points in the furnace
Process curves can be saved in a computer and print outs can be taken if needed
Proportional burner control systems (Natural Gas - LPG)

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The heat treatment basket is loaded onto the transfer cart using a crane or forklift. The transfer cart handles the movement of both the heat treatment basket and the solution tanks.
Once loaded, the transfer cart automatically moves the basket to a position directly beneath the drop-bottom furnace. The furnace's bottom door opens via pneumatic pistons; an automatic winch system coupled to the furnace pulls the basket inside; the door closes tightly, and the heat treatment process begins.
The solution tank is maintained at a constant, pre-set temperature. Heating elements and cooling coils are used to heat or cool the solution as necessary to maintain this set temperature. A level switch ensures the water remains at the desired level at all times.
Upon completion of the heat treatment cycle, the transfer cart automatically positions the solution tank beneath the furnace; the furnace's bottom door opens automatically, and the basket is lowered into the solution within approximately 6–8 seconds.
After immersion, the cart automatically moves to a position beneath a secondary hoist system where the draining process takes place. Once the required immersion time has elapsed, the basket is lifted; after allowing excess water to drain for a period, the cart moves, the basket is lowered to the unloading station, and it is then transported to the aging furnace via crane or forklift.
