OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The furnace can operate in either "batch" or "continuous" mode. Trolleys are loaded into the furnace by being pushed in one by one using a hydraulic feeding system. In the oven carts move forward by pushing each other.
In batch mode, all trolleys are loaded into the furnace, and all are unloaded once the set duration has elapsed.
In continuous mode, trolleys are fed into the furnace at intervals determined by the ratio of the residence time to the number of trolleys. As one trolley is fed in and another is removed from the exit, the furnace enters a continuous operating cycle.
